Understanding Your Story and Releasing the Past

Begin your healing by identifying the hidden emotional wounds from childhood and recognizing their impact on your life. By the end of this week, you’ll gain clarity on the sources of your pain and start the process of releasing what no longer serves you.

WEEK 2

Reclaiming Your Inner Child

Learn how to access and reconnect with your inner child. By the end of this session, you'll feel a profound sense of reconnection with the part of you that was hurt, allowing for deep emotional release and self-compassion.

WEEK 3

Gaining Clarity Through Reflection

As you move through this week, you'll experience a new level of self-awareness, discovering the patterns that have shaped your behaviors and reactions. This newfound clarity empowers you to start making conscious, healthier choices.

WEEK 4

Self-Awareness & Triggers

Dive into understanding and recognizing your emotional triggers with creative exercises that allow for meaningful expression and processing of deep-seated emotions. By the end of this week, you’ll develop tools to handle triggers with greater ease, fostering a sense of freedom from emotional constraints.

WEEK 5

Moving Beyond the Victim Mindset & Survival Mode

This week is about shifting from survival mode to empowerment. By the end of this session, you'll begin to rewrite the narrative of your life, transitioning from feeling stuck in the past to embracing your personal power.

WEEK 6

Healing Shame and Transforming Perception

Delve into healing deep-rooted feelings of shame and learn how to shift negative perceptions of yourself and others. By the end of this week, you'll feel lighter and more empowered, as you begin to let go of the shame that has been weighing you down.

WEEK 7

Healing Your Identity & Rediscovering Yourself

In this week, you’ll deconstruct the old identity shaped by trauma and begin to rebuild a new, empowered version of yourself. By the end of this transformative journey, you'll feel a renewed sense of self, ready to step into the next chapter of your life with confidence, purpose, and inner peace.

WEEK 8

Narcissistic Relationships & Relationships with Others

In the final week, gain clarity on relationships affected by past trauma, especially patterns involving narcissistic influences. You'll walk away with strategies for nurturing healthier, supportive relationships moving forward, ready to embrace a confident, empowered self as you step into the future.

About Lisa

From childhood trauma to living my dream life

I’m Lisa Tickel, a survivor of childhood abuse who has spent many years on a journey of healing and self-discovery. After living in survival mode for a significant part of my life, I eventually realized I needed to dive deep into my own pain in order to reclaim my sense of self. My personal experiences have been a driving force behind my passion to help other women who are walking their own paths of healing.In the early 2000s, I had the privilege of co-facilitating women’s healing workshops for eight years. It was a transformative experience, not just for the participants, but for me as well. Watching women open up, heal, and form meaningful connections with one another was incredibly powerful. It reaffirmed my belief in the strength that we all have within us, even when we feel at our most vulnerable.Today, I am the host of the Healing & Growing, Hand in Hand podcast, where I create a safe space for trauma survivors to share their stories, access expert insights, and gain a deeper understanding of how trauma impacts our lives. Through my podcast and workshops, I aim to provide a supportive community where survivors can find their voices, heal, and thrive.I understand the pain and the struggles that come with trauma, but I also know the strength and hope that can emerge from it. I’m here to walk this journey with you, helping you break free from the past and step into a future filled with healing and empowerment.

About Dana

From Narcissist Relationship to freedom

Dana S. Diaz studied journalism and psychology at DePaul University. While there’s no better teacher than life experience and Dana has had life-long experiences with narcissistic abuse, her education did give her the ability to accurately verbalize and express how narcissistic abuse creates confusion and conflict within victims.Today, Dana is a proud voice for fellow victims who are unable, afraid, or ashamed to share their experiences. She strives to create awareness and understanding to ensure victims are given the support they need to first understand their situation and then begin the healing process. Her first book, chronicling her own abusive marriage that lasted nearly three decades, started as a journal that she hid under the couch cushion in the basement.
